ANNULLATO L’IRONMAN ITALY EMILIA-ROMAGNA 2020

Quando, solo pochi giorni fa, abbiamo comunicato una nuova data per l’IRONMAN Italy Emilia-Romagna, IRONMAN 70.3 Italy Emilia-Romagna e 5150 Triathlon Series Cervia a causa del Referendum costituzionale, eravamo sicuri di poter realizzare un evento eccezionale così come previsto e il nostro team non vedeva l’ora di accogliere tutti gli atleti a Cervia.

Purtroppo, visto che le condizioni continuano ad evolversi rapidamente a causa della pandemia COVID-19 in corso, e in seguito alle comunicazioni intercorse con le autorità locali e regionali, con rammarico comunichiamo che gli eventi in programma non si svolgeranno nel 2020. L’IRONMAN Italy Emilia-Romagna tornerà il 18 settembre 2021 mentre l’IRONMAN 70.3 Italy Emilia-Romagna e il 5150 Triathlon Series Cervia si svolgeranno il 19 settembre 2021.

Tutti gli atleti iscritti hanno ricevuto un’e-mail con ulteriori dettagli. Ringraziamo i nostri atleti per la loro dedizione e non vediamo l’ora di regalare un evento eccezionale nel 2021.

When we communicated a new race date for IRONMAN Italy Emilia-Romagna, IRONMAN 70.3 Emilia-Romagna and 5150 Triathlon Series Cervia due to regional elections only a few days ago, we were provided with confidence that we would still be able to deliver exceptional events as planned, and our team was very much looking forward to hosting athletes in Cervia.

Unfortunately, as things continue to evolve quickly due to reasons related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and after further conversations with the local and regional authorities, we regret to advise that the events can no longer take place in 2020. IRONMAN Italy Emilia-Romagna will now return on September 18, 2021, while IRONMAN 70.3 Italy Emilia-Romagna and 5150 Triathlon Series Cervia will return on September 19, 2021.

Athletes that are registered for the events are receiving an email with further details. We thank our athletes for their commitment and look forward to providing them with an exceptional event experience in 2021.
