BARDIANI-CSF: INGAGGIATO IL GIOVANE NICOLAS DALLA VALLE

Nicolas Dalla Valle è il settimo nuovo ingaggio della futura Bardiani-CSF-Faizanè. Ventidue anni da compiere tra pochi giorni, il 13 settembre, il vicentino si prepara al salto definitivo tra i prof dopo l’esperienza con il team continental Tirol KTM e lo stage con la compagine World Tour UAE Team Emirates, tutt’ora in corso.

“Dalla Valle è il terzo neo-professionista che intendiamo valorizzare dal 2020” afferma il team manager Roberto Reverberi. “E’ un corridore che ha mostrato qualità degne di nota e una crescita costante. L’abbiamo monitorato con attenzione e, prestazioni alla mano, si è dimostrato pronto per il salto di categoria. Riteniamo abbia margini di crescita importanti e un potenziale sul quale investire”.

“L’opportunità che mi hanno offerto Bruno e Roberto Reverberi è, innanzitutto, una grandissima soddisfazione. Quando ho iniziato a pedalare, guardavo i prof, come mio padre Gabriele, e sognavo un giorno di poter diventare come lui. Tutto questo diventerà presto realtà” spiega Dalla Valle. 

“Ho avuto la fortuna di crescere in squadre dove ho potuto lavorare senza pressioni ed esasperazioni. E’ stato fondamentale per formarmi e maturare fisicamente, senza assilli. Quest’anno ho avuto un assaggio di professionismo e ho capito subito che ci sarà da lavorare tanto e imparare, ma è una sfida che mi intriga”.

Reduce dall’esperienza tra i prof al Tour of the Alps e  Adriatica Ionica Race con la Nazionale Italiana, Dalla Valle ha sfiorato il colpo grosso nel 2019 con la medaglia d’argento nel Campionato Italiano U23 in linea. Sempre nella stagione in corso, ha collezionato altri cinque podi, chiudendo due volte secondo alla Carpathians Race (2.2), due volte terzo all’Istrian Spring Trophy (2.2) e una volta nel prologo della Course de la Paix (Coppa Nazioni). Notevole anche il ruolino di marcia ottenuto al Giro d’Italia U23 con quattro piazzamenti nei cinque e il secondo posto nella classifica finale a punti. Nelle stagioni U23 precedenti, con il Team Colpack, ha conquistato due successi e un prestigioso terzo posto nella Popolarissima 2018.

Nel weekend appena concluso, Dalla Valle ha fatto il suo debutto come stagista del UAE Team Emirates correndo Brussels Cycling Classic e GP de Fourmies.

BARDIANI-CSF SIGNS NICOLAS DALLA VALLE

Nicolas Dalla Valle is the seventh new signing of the future Bardiani-CSF-Faizanè. Twenty-two years in a few days, on September 13, the Italian rider is preparing for the final leap in professional cycling after the experience with continental team Tirol KTM and the stage with World Tour team UAE Team Emirates, still in progress.

“Dalla Valle is the third neo-professional rider that we want to promote from 2020” says team manager Roberto Reverberi. “He is a rider who has shown remarkable qualities and constant growth. We monitored him with attention and, looking to the performances, he proved to be ready for the category leap. We believe he has important growth margins and a potential to invest in”.

“The opportunity that Bruno and Roberto Reverberi offered me is, first of all, a great satisfaction. When I started cycling, I looked at pro-riders, like my father Gabriele, and dreamed one day to be one of them. All this will soon become reality,” explains Dalla Valle. 

“I was lucky enough to grow up in teams where I could work without pressure. It was a key factor that allowed me to train and mature physically. This year I had a taste of professionalism and I immediately understood that there will be a lot of work and learning to do, but it’s a challenge that intrigues me”.

Besides an experience in pro-cycling at Tour of the Alps and Adriatica Ionica Race with Italian National Team, Dalla Valle got closed to hit the big target in 2019 with the silver medal in Italian U23 road race Championship. In the current season, he has also collected five podiums, finishing twice second at Carpathians Race (2.2), twice third at Istrian Spring Trophy (2.2) and once in the prologue of Course de la Paix (Nations Cup). He achieved a good performance also at U23 Giro d’Italia placing four times in top five and second in the final points classification. In the previous U23 seasons, with Team Colpack, he achieved two successes and the third place in the 2018 Popolarissima.

In the weekend just ended, Dalla Valle made his debut as stagiaire at UAE Team Emirates racing Brussels Cycling Classic and GP de Fourmies.
