Continuano le buone prestazioni dell’Androni Giocattoli Sidermec alla Vuelta al Tachira in Venezuela. Ieri nella cronometro Tariba-San Cristobal (18,8 chilometri), vinta da Sevilla, si sono difesi bene Jhonatan Restrepo e Daniel Munoz, rispettivamente quarto e quinto nell’ordine d’arrivo. Nella top ten anche Simon Pellaud (9°); 15° Santiago Umba che ha mantenuto la maglia di leader dei giovani.

Soddisfatto il team manager di Androni Giocattoli Sidermec Gianni Savio che con il direttore sportivo Gian Paolo Cheula sta guidando i corridori in Sudamerica: «Quattro corridori nei top 15 dell’ordine di arrivo rappresentano un buon risultato e dimostrano come i ragazzi abbiano svolto una accurata preparazione invernale. Abbiamo esordito con una vittoria e intendiamo continuare la stagione con determinazione ed entusiasmo, alla ricerca di altri successi».

Oggi alla Vuelta al Tachira quinta tappa (La Pedrera-Pregonero, 147,5 chilometri).

The good performances of Androni Giocattoli Sidermec continue at the Vuelta al Tachira in Venezuela. Yesterday in the Tariba-San Cristobal time trial (18.8 kilometers), won by Sevilla, Jhonatan Restrepo and Daniel Munoz defended well, fourth and fifth respectively in the finish order. In the top ten also Simon Pellaud (9th); 15th Santiago Umba who kept the youth leader jersey.

The team manager of Androni Giocattoli Sidermec Gianni Savio is satisfied: «Four riders in the top 15 of the order of arrival represent a good result and show how the boys have carried out an accurate preparation winter. We started with a victory and we intend to continue the season with determination and enthusiasm, looking for other successes».
