L’atleta della Scuderia del Torpado Factory Team domina la corsa, sale sul gradino più alto del podio e riduce nettamente il distacco dalla testa della classifica.

 

Il leader ora è a soli 16 secondi. Katarzyna Sosna chiude al 6° posto, dimostrando di non essere più una promessa, ma una certezza.

Aveva promesso che sarebbe stato una mina vagante della corsa ed ha centrato l’obiettivo: dopo il terzo posto di ieri, oggi, nella seconda frazione dell’Alpen Tour, Roel Paulissen centra la vittoria. La sua è stata una prova magistrale, lungo tutti i 56 km di gara: il #TorpRider è stato sempre davanti, prima in compagnia di altri 6 atleti, poi facendo piano piano ulteriore selezione sino a presentarsi di fronte al traguardo da solo.

“Sono molto felice” – commenta Roel Paulissen subito dopo essere salito sul gradino più alto del podio – “Ieri avevo avuto buone sensazioni ed oggi ho osato di più; sapevo di essere in condizione ed ho tentato il tutto per tutto per andare a caccia della vittoria”.

Il trionfo di oggi permette a Roel Paulissen di fare anche un passo in avanti in classifica, riducendo il distacco dal 1° e dal 2° posto, dai quali lo separano ora rispettivamente 7” e 16”.

 

Buoni feedback arrivano per la Scuderia di Cavarzere anche al femminile: Katazina Sosna riesce, infatti, a completare con un ottimo tempo anche la frazione di oggi, dimostrando di essere non più una “sola” promessa, ma una certezza. La giovane atleta classe 1990 si sta confermando tra le 10 migliori al Mondo.

 

“L’Alpen Tour” – sottolinea Sandro Lazzarin – “è un test molto importante in vista del campionato del Mondo e noi stiamo dimostrando di esserci e di essere in costante crescita”.

 

Domani la terza frazione dell’Alpen Tour, la più lunga: 73 km con 2800 metri di dislivello da affrontare.

ALPEN TOUR: ROEL PAULISSEN WINS THE SECOND STAGE

 

Cavarzere stable’s athlete rules over the race, stepping on the highest step of the podium, reducing the rank’s head outdistance. The leader is only 16 seconds away.

 

Katarzyna Sosna conquered the 6th place, proving to be a certainty, not only a promise.

He promised he would have been a star at the race and this is exactly what he did: after a 3rd place yesterday, he conquered the 1st place at the second stage of Alpen Tour, today. His performance has been masterful during the entire 56Km trail: #TorpRider from Haller has always been in front, together with 6 other athletes at he beginning, but he arrived at the finish line alone.

 

“I am very happy” –says Roel Paulissen right after stepping on the podium – “Yesterday I had good feelings and I wanted to give all the best; I knew I could and I tried everything to conquer victory”.

Today’s triumph allows Roel Paulissen to move forward in the overall ranking, reducing the outdistance with 1st and 2nd places, which are now respectively 7” and 16”.

 

Good feedbacks for the Cavarzere’s stable women too: Katazina Sosna achieved a good result and a good timing in today’s stage, proving to be a certanty and not only a promise. The young athlete, born in 1990, is proving to be among the 10 best athletes in world.
