LAMPRE-MERIDA – TOUR OF QINGHAI LAKE

Fine settimana raggiante per la LAMPRE-MERIDA, con il primo successo in carriera di Ilia Koshevoy nella 7^frazione del Tour of Qinghai Lake, la Guide-Xunhua di 190 km.

Una vittoria particolarmente importante per il neo professionista bielorusso, capace di esaltarsi su un percorso particolarmente impegnativo: basti il dato dello scollinamento di un Gpm di 1^categoria, dopo 43 km di gara, alla quota di 3530.

Koshevoy non si è fatto intimorire dalle salite di giornata e, sfruttando il proprio passo agile ed efficace, si è involato in solitaria, sgretolando la resistenza degli avversari e gestendo nella discesa verso il traguardo il buon vantaggio accumulato su un drappello di 24 inseguitori.

Arrivo in solitaria a braccia levate per Koshevoy (foto /Cycling), tra l’entusiasmo dei numerosi appassionati cinesi, con 55″ di vantaggio su Kononenko e Mugerli.

Per la LAMPRE-MERIDA, quello del ventiquattrenne bielorusso è il 22° successo stagionale, bottino frutto del contributo di ben 13 differenti atleti.

Glowing weekend for LAMPRE-MERIDA in the Tour of Qinghai Lake, thanks to the first victory in his career for the neo-pro Ilia Koshevoy.

GLORY WEEKEND: KOSHEVOY, FIRST VICTORY IN HIS CAREER

The Byelorussian cyclist was inflamed on the demanding course of the 8th stage of the Chinese race, 190 km from Guide to Xunhua with maximum altitude of 3530 meters (1st category Kom after 43 km in the race).

Koshevoy was not afraid of attacking, managing on the descent to the arrival the advantage he had obtained on the chasing group of 24 riders.

The young blue-fuchsia-gree cyclists obtained a solo victory (photo 7Cycling) with 55″ on Kononenko and Mugerli: the Chinese supporter of the blue-fuchsia-green team celebrated with passion the first success in career of Koshevoy.
